Respect Resolution
“It doesn’t have to be a fight — it can be a conversation.”
Commitment to Resolution
I bring a unique perspective to dispute resolution, having personally navigated some of life’s most challenging conflicts. Through family mediation in the contest of a will and estate distribution, I gained valuable insight into the sensitivities and emotions that arise in family provision disputes. Leading my own response to workplace bullying further deepened my understanding of both the formal and informal avenues available for addressing such situations. Managing the divorce process, including preparing and filing consent orders, provided an in-depth appreciation of the legal and emotional aspects of separation.
These experiences have equipped me with practical knowledge, resilience, and empathy that I now bring to supporting others facing their own disputes.

Strategic Insights
Before committing to a legal process, it can be wise to have a conversation about your situation and options. Legal proceedings can take unexpected directions and costs often grow quickly, so taking the time to talk through your goals, concerns, and alternatives first can give you clarity and confidence. A short discussion can help you decide whether mediation, negotiation, or a legal pathway is the right step for you, and ensure you’re making an informed choice before investing time and money.
Infidelity
When Your Thoughts Begin to Wander
If you ever notice your thoughts drifting toward the idea of an extra marital affair, I’d want you to feel safe reaching out to me first. Sometimes those thoughts can come from feeling lonely, stressed, or unsure about where we’re at, and talking about it together can help us understand what’s really going on. I’d much rather have an open, gentle conversation with you than see either of us carry those feelings alone. By sharing honestly, we give ourselves the chance to grow closer and find ways to meet each other’s needs.

Legal
If Legal Advice Becomes Necessary
Legal advice absolutely has its place, and in some situations, it’s essential. But not every problem needs to start with expensive legal bills. Often, a simple conversation can help you see your options more clearly and decide whether mediation, negotiation, or legal representation is the right step. Think of it as building a roadmap: if legal input is needed, you’ll head into it informed, focused, and better prepared, which usually means lower costs and less stress in the long run.
